evga precision x windows 10 which to run

The EVGA FTW Ti (08G-P4-6676-KR) but it looks like this card requires a 'two' 8-pin connector input feed. However, as an alternative, I also have my eye on another EVGA card.

It looks like I can still use that same dual 6-pin to 8-pin adapter to power up the EVGA GTX 1070 SC2 graphics card. Green PC Gamers site references a YouTube video showing fitting instructions to power an EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 GTX. I have my eye on the EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC2 (P/N: 08G-P4-6573-KR). I’m currently researching an upgrade path and want to move from the current Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro and introduce a better GPU. That card typically ran very hot so I swapped it out with a DELL NVIDA Quadro 2000 some time ago. The whole system originally came with an NVIDA Quadro FX 5800 graphics card and it was using a dual 6-pin to 8-pin adapter to power that card. So I have this T5500 with its stock standard 875W Power Supply Unit with two 6-pin power connectors. Hope some-one could please answer my queries. I have a question about the types of power adapters on the DELL Precision T5500 for use on EVGA graphics type cards.
